Stone Crest Apartments offer quality housing to lower-income seniors and people who are permanently mobility impaired. We are located in Des Moines, IA, and are funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban development. Those who qualify pay only 30% of their Annual Adjusted Gross Income for Rent.

Rental Qualification

  • Low-income seniors - 62 years of age or older
  • Persons with permanent mobility impairments
  • Qualify under HUD standards



Rent is based on income.
